The workaround which i found is :
Uninstall the previous virtual box and download the version 4.3.12
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.3.12/VirtualBox-4.3.12-93733-Win.exe
Install it, and it should work fine.
Make sure you have saved all your previous work !
